The HT Group has over 15 years of national and Texas recruiting expertise. Our seasoned recruiters have proven expertise in their field, whether it’s traditional staffing in the local market, nationwide executive search, technical contract & direct hiring, or a specific niche such as recruiting electrical engineers in the semiconductor industry. The HT Group offers a candidate pool swimming with the best talent to fit a client’s specific requirements. Mark Turpin and Jim Gilliam began The HT Group (then HT Staffing) in 2001. They wanted to use their knowledge and experience in the industry to create a different kind of staffing company — one with a unique focus on building long-term client relationships and a refreshingly respectful approach to interacting with candidates.
