Charlie Cook started the company in 2006 following a successful career at Sun Microsystems, IBM and 3M in their Healthcare and Life Sciences Divisions. Orchestrate Healthcare was founded on the principals of: honesty, integrity and hard work. These key principals have lead to triple-digit growth since day one. Orchestrate Healthcare has also had tremendous success with their client feedback to KLAS Research. Orchestrate Healthcare won Best in KLAS - Technical Services in 2008. In 2009, they improved their KLAS score by a full point over their 2008 score, and placed 2nd in the 2009 Best in KLAS - Technical Services category. In 2010, Orchestrate Healthcare again increased their KLAS score to 94.2, but took 2nd place by 1/10th of a point. Currently, Orchestrate Healthcare’s KLAS score is 97.44 - leading the KLAS Technical Services category once again. Out of 19 companies in the KLAS Technical Services category, Orchestrate Healthcare is the ONLY company to have 100% positive client commentary for the past 24 months. Logistics/Benefits:

Travel is a major part of any decision to be a consultant and Orchestrate Healthcare strives to maintain a 4 day work week. At times, during go-lives or in specific circumstances / projects, 5 days may be required, but this is the exception and not the rule. Many of Orchestrate Healthcare’s engagements have a remote work component. In these instances, your travel may be reduced by 25-100%.

Compensation Methodology:
Compensation is divided into multiple parts. The first is base salary which is determined based from level of experience and expertise of you the candidate. The second part is bonus which is determined by you, meaning you have the opportunity to work and earn as much as you’d like. You are compensated for each hour that your work (bill) past the base 40 hours per week. So if you wish to take on an additional 20 hours of work per week, you have just increased your earnings to 150% of your base salary. Orchestrate Healthcare believes in the notion of the more you work, the more you earn. As an Orchestrate Healthcare employee, you will be eligible for additional bonuses and incentives that are offered to the consultant employees. Given this methodology, most everyone who joins Orchestrate Healthcare ends up making more money than they ever have before in their career.

Geographic Concentration:
Orchestrate Healthcare has clients in each of the US times zones. Because of the seniority of the Orchestrate Healthcare team, most of the consultants live and work from their home location - when they are not on-site at a client location.
