Company History
Kim Vaughan Lerner LLP was founded with the objective of providing unparalleled legal services by bringing together attorneys that offer diversity, not only of legal experience, but also of social, ethnic, and cultural experience. Our partners worked together in one of Florida’s most prestigious and storied law firms. Each of our attorneys brings a wealth of litigation and real courtroom experience. This experience brings with it substantial knowledge of various areas of law, the ability to accurately assess liability, and to effectively implement a plan to achieve results, whether through early resolution or through trial.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, we routinely handle litigation, arbitration, and employment matters throughout the State of Florida and the United States. In addition, our attorneys have handled matters in the Caribbean, South America, Europe, and Asia.
