Infrastructure includes: focus group facilities, cognitive labs, call/contact center, CATI, online survey capabilities and full service statistical and methods teams.
Established in 2003, the firm is quickly growing to become a favored services provider. It is a certified US SBA 8(a) program participant, and a DBE/MBE firm certified by the states of Maryland, California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and various local jurisdictions. EurekaFacts is an approved federal provider of Survey Research services (GSA MOBIS) and Marketing Research and Analysis (GSA AIMS).
